my dad sends me these "quotes of the day" every once in a while. and i really enjoy them.
last week he sent me this:

i think its true. and lately, with me and ann getting up early and going to the gym every day, and really putting our minds to our goal, i am feeling even better about everything. i really feel like im accomplishing more every day. i realize that it is just one thing ive added to my day. but it really makes a difference.
